SMS (short-message-service) seems to be a very good intervention. As the SMS fee become cheaper and cheaper, consumer tend to use more SMS than other mobile services especially female user. Not really sure why but research shows female user send more sms message compare to male user.

SMS is very useful when you have something to say but tat’s not a good time for you to say anything (just like in the meeting, conference and what the video below show). For those guy who are shy, SMS might be another good way for them to tackle their girl :p
